Target Flow Team Member interview questions

I first had a phone interview that I received the day I applied. After the phone interview I went in to a temporary office where I had 3 different interviews the same day. The third interview was with the STL of the new store. I received an offer right after the last interview.

Super easy, they always need new people as the turnover is incredibly high. Hiring manager said they should just go to homeless shelter to pick up people to work. Davis is a college town and most employees are either in school or taking a break.so there are a lot of overqualified people doing mindless work.
