I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Keene, NH)
Interview
Typical "tell me about a time..." interview. Very easy as long as you have stories and can articulate them concisely and in a rather short amount of time. Best advice I can give you is not to overthink things and just answer as quickly as possible and keep it short
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
If we spoke to a former supervisor, what would they say are your strengths/weaknesses?
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target (Melbourne, FL) in Jun 2016
Interview
I was interviewed by the flow team lead then I was interviewed by the executive team lead, and they asked different questions about my position and previous experience. It was a longer wait than expected for a follow-up call about whether or not I got the job, but I did call up multiple times to display my current interest.

Question 1
Tell us about a specific time you went far and beyond to deliver premiere guest service?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Chambersburg, PA) in Jun 2015
Interview
I was interviewed by two different people. Same questions, for example, how would you handle a situation if you caught a guest trying to steal something, do you work well under pressure, and the most common question why should we hire you, they ask you to be very specific in your answers. The interview lasted an hour but everyone was really nice.
