Interview
I received an initial phone call and set up an appointment for an interview. I arrived at the guest services desk and the associate at that location radioed the interviewer. I was then escorted to the office area of the interviewer.

Interview
I had been contacted through email at first because I had posted my resume on a website. I was then contacted by phone. They explained to me what was expected of the job and asked what I was looking for. They then asked to schedule a interview by phone. Asked me several questions, then asked me if I could come in for a in store interview. I went in and they asked me very similar questions to the phone interview. They also had me watch a video on the position.

Interview
Had two quick interviews with my team leader and ETL(manager) with some general question about my work ethic and how I respond to different situations. If hired you have a general orientation. You have a day when you fill out your tax papers. If necessary you are trained on power equipment. On your first day your a paired with someone to learn what you will actually be doing.
