Target Flow Team Member interview questions

I was contacted by phone. They scheduled a one on one interview the very next day. During the interview, they asked me if I had previous retail experience. (I previously worked at Walmart). They then asked if I was okay with working night hours. I wasn't aware that FLOW Team Member meant working night hours but I needed a job at the time so I accepted.

Took a 3-part questionnaire with questions about what would you do in certain situation such as shop lifting, bad co-workers, and personality, spoke with two team leaders one was very assertive and had really distracting cleavage that's right in front of your face that is very awkward, the other team leader was very honest, polite,and friendly to talk to and the hiring manager was asking questions on certain situations.
