I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target in Aug 2010
Interview
There were three interviews in one day. I received some conflicting information and the communication between the three interviewers seemed to be lacking. By the third interview, half of my paperwork was missing. I was repeatedly told that care would be taken to not schedule me on days when my wife and I could not get a sitter, but soon after I started this was not upheld.

Interview
Well, I Ive been looking for work for quite some time now. I happened to be on the Target website and noticed they had some openings. I applied to become a flow team member. After completing the extensive application I was contacted several days later for the interview. When i arrived I was greeting by 2 male employees and taken into a back office to conduct the interview. It was pretty basic interview questions....IE: what is your greatest weakness/strength....why should we hire you.....so on and so forth. I didnt mind that both men were present for the interview but they took turns asking me the SAME questions....weird.... shortly after they were done explaining the position and finishing up the interview...they asked me to wait in the hall for a moment. They then asked me to come back in and they offered me the job.
