Target Flow Team Member interview questions

The interview was simple and straight forward. It concerned mostly my past work history and attendance. I had only one interview whereas every other potential employee was requested to interview twice.

Easy and friendly. Two interviews in a row. Basic circumstantial questions about past experiences. Was given the option to leave and come another day because the boss was out or wait some time. Waited and nailed the second interview, then HR afterward. Background check cleared the next and was called in to start almost immediately.
