Round one was a pre-recorded interview process. It took about 2 months for them to get back to me. I was then brought into the store for my second interview and then offered the job.

They went down my resume and asked about my previous experience.
Was a relatively easy process, they asked a little about my previous experience but more focused on availability and work ethic. Seems they are always hiring in that department, so as long as you are competent and willing to work hard, you should do well.
