Target Guest Advocate interview questions

Very standard interview process. It was very smooth. Only went through one stage of interviews with the executive leader and got hired after the first interview. Usually the team lead accompanies the executive team leader, but the team lead was off during mine.

The interview was done virtually via HireVue, where you are asked five questions in total and one by one, you will have to record yourself responding to these questions. You will have at most 1 minute to prepare and at most 3 minutes to record your response before moving on.
