Target Guest Associate interview questions

Standard customer service interview. Applied for a temporary Summer position and was led on through the process that I got the position. Spoke to 2 hiring managers and was set up with HR to create me schedule. Was told I would be contacted in the next week to come in for my training and to go ahead and purchase the uniform. Was never contacted and had to call myself to find out that they were never going to hire me because I would ben working less than 6 months, for a 3 month temporary position.

You have to do an online interview. They ask you questions and you have 30 seconds to prepare and then 3 takes to record an answer. You submit your answers, but once you try another attempt at recording an answer the old one is deleted. So, you don't get to choose one of the three per se.
