Target Guest Service Representative interview questions

This was my first job in high school, and my direct supervisor was the one conducting the interview. He was very friendly and the interview was simple, primarily asking about my commitment to work through the holiday season. It was very indicative of how kind management was at my location, and my experience following the hire was a positive one. It was a great first job, although there is very little opportunity for upwards movement at a retail level.
