Target Hardlines Team Member interview questions

I applied on the Target website. I called two days later to see if they got my application. HR lady asked me to come into interview the next day. I interviewed with the team lead and was asked if I had time for second interview. I was then interviewed by the executive team leader. She offered me the position!! Next, the HR person came in with the pay offer and told me I need to do a background check within 24 hours (online, free). I did it and they called two days later and scheduled me for orientation.

They asked you to come in and you had to go through 3 interviews one with the HR person the second with a Team Lead and the third i think it was with an ETL but its been a while so I'm not sure. They usually call to let you know you have the job but I think I was hired after the 3 interview and then told to come in for orientation they told you about target and then this psa about how unions are bad and they give you the schedule for the week. That's all I can remember
