Target Hardlines Team Member interview questions

Entire process took less than a two weeks. Got called for an interview about a week after I applied. I interviewed with one person. He was really laidback and friendly. We talked a bit about random things (college, hobbies, etc.) and then he asked 4 job related questions. Job offer on the spot and background check took three days.

This was my second interview with a different person. Both interviews they ask situational questions. The target I went to was completely disorganized and all over the place. My scheduled interview was for 2pm but apparently the managers were on lunch at 2pm; and they didn’t tell us till 15-20 minutes of me sitting there
