1st Phone interview, 2nd interview Team Lead, 3rd Interview ETL of department 4th ( you got the job) either with store manager or HR. Its very casual. They want someone who is eager to work but mostly work. They dont want someone who is chatty unless your going for a cashier or brand position.

Very friendly managers! One talked to me in the store's Starbucks to interview as a Flow team member, but he thought I would be better in Hardlines. He took me in to the break room, I waited about ten minutes for the Logistics Manager, and had another very positive interview in his office.

Two interview process, very nice people that conducted interview. It was a very quick process that took about a week. One interview is on the phone, and if they wish to continue then HR calls to schedule an in person interview.
