Target Hardlines Team Member interview questions

Interviewed by two area leaders and went through the "STAR" method of interviewing. Overall it wasn't very difficult, they were all really nice. The company in general also doesn't mind if you have facial piercings or weird hair colors which is awesome.

I interview 3 times, over the course of about a week. The first interview was with a general manager named Sam, and he was incredibly nice and respectful. They asked me general questions like "Tell me about yourself" and "What makes you a good fit for this job". The second interview was with the manager of all the managers, so it was more formal. Same questions, and then we went over availability in great detail. My third and final interview only lasted about 10 minutes, and then they offered me a job. I took it, and I start tomorrow!
