Target Hardlines Team Member interview questions

Arrive 15 min prior, you go through a bunch of "what would you do" scenario questions on a kiosk. then they take you back to HR where you wait to begin your interview. Then you meet your interviewer and go through your application, qualifications ect. Most of my interview was made up of getting to know me, who I was not on paper.

Began as a phone interview, then in-person a few days later. Had to watch videos on the company's culture, learned customers are "guests" and not to sign a union agreement. Was interviewed by a reasonable ETL and had to take a drug test later at the clinic.
