Target Hardlines Team Member interview questions

I met with two different people. We went through basic questions. It was very laid back and a nice environment. No trick questions. I spoke with HR to accept the offer and fill out some paperwork and then started with training a few days after the interview.

Interview Process was simple. Met with first hiring manager who asked me standard interview questions and then passed me on to a second hiring manager who just looked over resume and asked questions about previous experience and schooling. Hired on the spot.
