I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Chicago, IL) in Oct 2016
Interview
I applied online I then got a call a day later, on a Sunday to briefly discuss my application and do a quick phone interview. This interview was easy asking questions referring to my availability and when I could start. I was scheduled to come in to the store's Human resources department for an in person interview. This lasted roughly 30 minutes with one of the store's managers. Bonus points if you arrive 15 minutes early.

Question 1
Describe a time you and someone else disagreed on something and how that was resolved?
Pretty simple process. Went in and interviewed with the Team Lead, most questions were behavioral in nature. Ended up just chatting for a bit and I was offered the job on the spot, then was sent to talk to the Supervising Lead who verified a couple aspects of my application.
It was easy. Pretty straightforward. For a team member, I would not expect more which is actually a really good thing. The manager was nice as well and made the process easy.

Phone interview, and orientation right after. Not much else at the time. Scheduled for orientation with a few other people. After orientation, a drug screening scheduled, and was called back about a week or so afterwards to start work.
