I applied through the Target website after meeting recruiters on campus. I had two on-campus interviews, both behavioral. The questions were fairly easy, and the interviewers were extremely nice. The best way to answer is using a Situation, Behavior, Outcome format.

Process took pretty long with wait time for next interview — about 1 1/2 months.. but other than that, interviews were easy and chill. I believe they only accept juniors and seniors in college.

Interview
Completed an initial phone call to see if I was a good fit for the role, followed by a Zoom interview several weeks later that consisted of more interview-based scenario questions.
