There are around two to three rounds of interviews - one with a lower-level manager, one with a higher-level manager, and possibly one with the store manager. They each ask you a few questions to see how you would handle certain situations and what your personality is like.

Interview
Basic interview process. Asked all the standard questions as any retail store would. Questions such as, how would you handle an angry guest, how well you work with others and how willing you are to go an extra mile. Also had to go through 2 interviews with different store leads.
Was hired on the spot but the process to get a start date was almost 2 months long.

Asked general questions to learn more about me and my background, wanted to know my personal knowledge of the store and their rewards program, wanted to know about my general availability
Clear, easy process with lots of customer service experience questions. Lots of basic interview questions like my availability and sales experience etc. Asked why I was interested in the position and what value I could bring the team.
