I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2014
Interview
They called me to schedule a phone interview. The person asked basic questions like give me an example when you worked as a team. I think i didn't do so well, but they called me back for another interview and this time at the store along with ten other people. Some of the questions were If a customer asked for a certain shoe and the size, But there is no more of that size they wanted what would you do? What would your supervisors say about you? why do you want to work at target? why should we hire you?
what do you know about target?
for this question they make you watch videos about target before they interview you.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
