I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target (Southfield, MI) in Mar 2015
Interview
Whole process took 8 days. Thursday: Went to target and applied at their kiosk. Friday: Was called about a phone interview on Monday morning and was instructed to go back to target and take a questionnaire at the kiosk before the interview. Sat: I took the questionnaire (situational questions: what would you do if a coworker refused to do his/her work) took 20 minutes. Could be less. Monday: phone interview. (Checked availability and ask the questions i put) took about 15 minutes. Scheduled an face to face interview for Friday that week. Friday: did face to face interview. Was asked basically the same questions as the phone interview. Took 10 minutes. Was offered a job on the spot.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you were given a task and exceeded expectations.
Was just a quick 10 minute call from the store manager, didn't take long at all. He asked if I had the availability he was looking for and if I could be punctual. Smooth process
It was overall very brief from applying to hearing back. Was just a day of meeting with a couple managers and talking through a cashier job. Nothing too out of the ordinary for a role like this.
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
