It was informative and a positive experience. I first applied online. Then I got a call back to schedule a time to come in. I had an interview in person. And then I came back for orientation. The orientation was paid. And then I got my schedule.

What would I do in a situation where a guest was unhappy?
It’s an online interview with a set of easy questions and it’s straight forward and easy to answer and doesn’t take too long maybe like 20 minutes and you hear back fast

The whole process was automated by the system. I got the interview invitation (recording interview) by automatic message. And after a while I received the offer by phone call. (no offer mail by written format)
I inquired about the other branch transferring system, and I got rejected because of my inquiry.

A guest tells you they can’t find an item they came in for. Describe how you would respond and the actions you would take.
It was online through HireVue. It was pretty simply process since its online and they just send you emails for updates. They do take long periods of time though to get back to you on updates and such.
