I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Target (Baltimore, MD) in Aug 2015
Interview
It was a pleasant interview process. Everyone was friendly and I was asked the standard STAR style of questions. Also, I was told about how fast one can move up with a good work ethic. Lastly, I was told that Target is willing to give you all of the training that you need to succeed, but you need to make sure that you go above and beyond in order to show others that you want more responsibility.
Pretty simple process. Went in and interviewed with the Team Lead, most questions were behavioral in nature. Ended up just chatting for a bit and I was offered the job on the spot, then was sent to talk to the Supervising Lead who verified a couple aspects of my application.
It was easy. Pretty straightforward. For a team member, I would not expect more which is actually a really good thing. The manager was nice as well and made the process easy.

Interview
Phone interview, and orientation right after. Not much else at the time. Scheduled for orientation with a few other people. After orientation, a drug screening scheduled, and was called back about a week or so afterwards to start work.
