Target Sr. HR Specialist interview questions

I have my interview in a couple of days...will update immediately upon completion, It took two weeks after applying to receive a call to schedule an interview. The interview will be a zoom call but I have not yet received the meeting link.

If you are selected to interview for this role, it will be via Zoom. You meet with the Human Resource Business Partner for the 1st interview. The HRBP asks about past HR experience and questions about working with a team. The 2nd interview is with the Human Resource Manager. That interview goes over strengths and weaknesses and how you would fit in Target culture.
