I was given a link to an online platform where I could take an interview remotely and record myself on video. It was straightforward and not too difficult in my opinion.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Miami, FL) in Apr 2024
Interview
Super professional, very easy. Most of the questions were basic things any employer would ask, like previous jobs, criminal record, about yourself. Very well formatted and overall an easy experience, would do again if I really needed a job,
It was medium -easy experience. If practiced well and basics being clear one can clear the interview. Also the interviewer will try to guide toward the right answer if you are half way there
