I interviewed at Target (Staten Island, NY) in Jul 2024
Interview
Pretty easy , it was a video interview so you just have to record yourself answering the questions they provide. It was about 5 questions long and a 1-2 minute video per question
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Target (Clive, IA) in May 2025
Interview
The interview took place online through a website with pre-written questions. You read through the questions, get a chance to practice, and then you record yourself answering the question as if you were being asked in a normal interview. It submits the video (I believe after two attempts) and then you wait to hear back from the company, It was quite different compared to any other interview I've done in the past but it had its benefits as well.
The interviews were neutral; most questions were about your personality and how you would help guests if you were given the position. Just be confident and show your personality. Lastly, be ready for problem-solving questions.
