It was pleasant enough. The interviewer was nice and polite and seemed interested in my answers.
Offered me something to drink. The interview was in a nice quiet room. The questions were standard but seemed to pertain to the job being applied for. Overall it was a good experience.

Question 1
They asked situational questions in both of two parts of the interview. I was asked how I handled a customer asking a question that I did not know the answer for.

1 phone interview and 2 face to face interviews. Took two months to get hired. Will give you an option for various start orientation dates. Orientation is only one day where you go over the policies and procedures.
