Target Guest Service Team Member - Cashier interview questions

I applied online and I was contacted by phone for an interview. The day of the interview I had a one on one interview with the assistant manager. Then she referred me to the highest person in charge. After I spoke to her she offered me the job on the spot.

First they called me in for an interview with the team lead which was pretty easy. I then had two more interviews which lead into a job offer. It was a very easy interview process and they were very laid back during the whole thing. Make sure you are going to be comfortable with selling red cards because they push that A LOT
