The interview was with the department manager. Very outgoing very kind. It was a very positive experience that asked your standard basic questions. Make sure you have your drivers license.
I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Blue Ash, OH) in Feb 2026
Interview
Online interview where you submit video answers to questions. In person interview was short and they asked the same exact questions and my availability. Didn’t disclose they were only looking for one specific shift which ended up not working out.

Very easy and straightforward. Applied online and had a handful of interviews with regional staff. Everyone was very kind and enthusiastic about the program (most had been through the intern program themselves).
