I applied online. I interviewed at Target in Jan 2026
Interview
Not to bad pretty straight forward behavior questions. The interviewer was great and very bright and easy to talk to and gives a good outlook of what the role does.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Target (Boston, MA) in Mar 2023
Interview
They call you to set it up. Let you choose the date.
Then you show up, they ask some pretty basic questions, shake your hand.
About 2 to 3 days later I got a call back
Pretty straight forward process. Met with the manager and he had basic questions to answer. Asked about job history, work experience and skills. Also talked about personal life and activities.
