Target Guest Service Team Member - Cashier interview questions

I heard a woman asked about whether she had a child to take care of. I thought that was unfair. I felt very uncomfortable at this interview. I sensed the company was not a fun atmosphere or one where people learned. It was as if they thought the highest grade we graduated from was first grade. I did not like the uniform policy because it was an extra expense to get quality clothing.
