They call you in and ask you basic questions about your experience listed on your resume. They ask what your strengths, weaknesses are, and ask about experiences working with others. Very relaxed and no pressure. Honestly, just be yourself.

Long, formal interview questions read aloud. Requires telling stories that give examples of overcoming obstacles etc. But the manager was down to earth, kind and sort of apologetic about the lameness of the forced interview questions.
