The overall process was very quick and painless. There were 2 rounds of interviews. One was with my direct manager and the other was with the store GM. Everyone was friendly and asked mostly EQ type questions.
Pretty smooth, asked about background, limitations, motivation, availability. Employment status, divisions that I'm interested to work in and how I can suggest improvments. Since I was a seasonal worker I had to also speak about my travel plans
The interview was very straightforward, with simple questions regarding what-if scenarios, what would you do scenarios, and basic questions about my experience in customer service. It was very entry-level job seeker friendly.
