Received a phone call. Scheduled an interview. Chatted with two people and answered questions related to posted position. Everyone was friendly. The process took less than an hour, and I had a job offer before I left the building.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Melbourne, FL) in Oct 2024
Interview
Once you apply it takes about 2 weeks for them to get back to you, after that they will send you a link to do an online interview. It is helpful if you get nervous easily and have trouble talking to people one on one but it is super awkward recording yourself answering all those questions. After that if they like you they will call you to ask availability and that basically means you are hired they will reach out again after that asking you to come in for an orientation.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Long Beach, CA) in Jan 2023
Interview
Send in a video interview of yourself, you have a set of questions to choose from and are allowed to retake the video you input. Awkward but easy way to interview
