I applied online. I interviewed at Target (Okemos, MI)
Interview
Simple, they asked basic questions. It was in person and face to face. I interviewed at a separate location and transferred. Transferring was hard, the staff does not communicate well
Smooth went well, very basic behavioral questions. Was only about 20/30 mins with a manager. overall a very positive experience. Exactly what you would expect to be asked from a large retail store.
Online recorded questions and then got a call back to see if I would be interested in a style position. I said yes and they called back with an orientation date.
