I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target (Woodbury, MN)
Interview
There was three interviews with six different managers. I had to get approved by each person and then was sent to HR to start the paperwork as a new hire. The entire process was very efficient and professional. After I was offered the job I had one day to take a drug test, it was very convenient because Target's clinic was able to do it immediately.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target
Interview
Applied online, got a call a couple days later, asked about hours and they said they are only hiring seasonally at that time. And I need a full job so I decided. They should start hiring full on instead of seasonally
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Target (Villa Park, IL) in Oct 2012
Interview
I had a phone interview at, first. They called me a few days to a week after I applied. Then I was told to come in for another interview. When I got there, they had me fill out another applications that included questions about what I would do in different situations. After that application, I was called in. I then had an interview with one woman, then another interview with another woman (probably the main supervisor). After that second interview, I was told I had the job, and I went in that same day to do the drug testing. I think my first day of training was that upcoming Monday. The whole process probably took about a week and a half.
