I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target in Sep 2017
Interview
Spoke with current operations managers from a Target distribution center at a campus career fair. Had an on-campus interview that lasted for 45 minutes. It started with background about myself, and had a total of four STAR "tell me about a time..." questions. I found out on the spot that I had an on-site interview the following week. The on-site process was four hours in length. First was an hour long tour of the distribution center. We were in a group of about 10 students who were applying for either the full-time role or internship. We all sat in a conference room in between having two interviews. Each interview was with two senior leaders of Target. It was basically the same format of the on-campus interview. You had to answer four STAR questions. They write down almost everything you day when answering the questions. It's not very conversation like. That was the final interview, and I have yet to hear back two weeks later.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Columbus, OH) in Sep 2017
Interview
Started out with review of resume, there were 2 interviewers. They asked me about my resume and my experiences. Then they asked basic behavioral questions, the man asked and the women recorded my responses. "Tell me about a time when.." questions. Closed with me asking them questions. They were very friendly and I thought the interview went well. Target is a competitive place to work for. I heard back about a week later.

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Target (Oconomowoc, WI) in Aug 2017
Interview
I had a phone interview and the hr person was 15 minutes late calling. Asked me if it was ok to proceed true to time. Then after 15 minutes said she had another meeting and couldn't complete the interview.. Asked I could continue later in the day. I agreed around her schedule. She was late calling again and then didn't even list to my responses, because in already answered her follow up questions in my original answer. The worst interview and lack of professionalism I have ever seen.
