Interview
There was a phone interview followed by a site interview. The onsite interview included a tour of the facility with different operation managers. Then the interview questions were conducted with different senior leaders that included the human resources manager. The questions should be answered in a a STAR format to lend credibility to your experience.

Interview
Phone call from an HR manager in Minneapolis asked standard questions. Are you over 18, can you provide work status etc. Met all requirements asked if I had any questions. HR manager then asked if I would be interested in a second interview. Second interview was 5 questions based on S.T.A.R behavioral questions.

Interview
It was a phone interview with a nice woman recruiter for Target out in Minneapolis, MN. She got with me on linked in and asked to have a phone interview, she liked what my resume said on LinkedIn. She also brought up money very fast as well. Kinda took me by surprise. At the end she scheduled me for a follow on interview.
