Target Operations Manager interview questions

The interview process was pretty simple. they provided a guide prior to the interview itself. There was two interviews in a day. The entire process felt rushed.....for a reason. It was hard to gauge how well I did

The interview consisted of a series of 3 separate interviews, each with 2 Senior Operations Managers and an interview with the HR Manager. It took the entire day. We had lunch with them as well. They were pretty intense interviews with a holding room in between. The holding room had 5 candidates interviewing for the same role.
