Target Sales Floor Team Member interview questions

Interview took probably thirty minutes, and the second one took five. Both were focused on situationally based questions, looking towards how I would handle different events. The second one was just to see if this was really what I wanted and to confirm the opinion of the primary interviewer.

Applied at the store, then interviewed in person a few days later. The interview was roughly 30 minutes and I was offered the position. The store department heads completed the interview.
