Interview
I applied online and within two weeks I got a call to schedule a phone interview. I recieved the phone call from the a supervisor and was asked questions pertaining to what I would do in certain types of situations or what I have done. The phone interview took a total of 5 minutes and was offered to have a in person interview. The process was fairly easy in my opinion.

Interview
I applied online for a seasonal position and had to complete a personality test of sorts; with questions such as "My friends would say I have a positive attitude on life"-->Agree strongly; mostly agree; neutral; mostly disagree; strongly disagree. This took a good 30 minutes. I was called a day or two later and asked to come in for an interview. At the store, you have to complete a second series of questions, similar to the first.
I was interviewed by what I believe was an entry-level manager. She asked me a few questions, such as "Tell me about a weakness" and "If a pair of shoes rings up at $19.99 and the customer insists its $15.99, what would you do?" Fortunately, I was prepared for most of these questions since a majority of them are listed on here. At the conclusion of the first interview, I was asked if I could stay for a second. I agreed and a different team leader entered the room. He asked me the same series of questions the first interviewer did.
I was asked to sign paperwork indicating my shift availability and was given a phone number to call for a government tax-credit program. Ultimately, I received an e-mail early on the 30th indicating that I was not selected for the position.
