Target Senior Data Analyst interview questions

I sent a resume online and a couple of weeks later got an email from the recruiter. Had a phone interview that consisted of several questions like "tell me about yourself", "what's your strength and weakness" etc.. A week later the recruiter called again to set up a phone interview with hiring manager. The HM again asked some behavioral questions and several questions on my past experience that was not related to the job description (at least I thought). Not sure what the HM was looking for and I didn't really prepare for them. No response afterwards.
