Interview
It is a SBO interview with high attention on Impact/Effort/Scope. They lasted 30 minutes and I had 3 interviews with leaders. About 3-4 questions were asked and then it was a lot of rapport building and Q/A.

A day long process of 6-8 leaders, peers and HR reps plus a third party role play assessment. It was thorough for them, I suppose, but exhausting. After you're hired, they give you the results/feedback, which was really inaccurate when compared to both previous employer reviews and other assessments I've taken such as Strengths Finder. They should re-think their process.
