I applied online there's a way there was a questionnaire on how you handle different situations and your store and with your team members.Also I had three separate interviews including the general manager

I first filled out a questionnaire at a computer and then briefly met with a very kind manager in the office. She consulted with one of her managers and I was quickly, but very nicely told to call back in a couple of months for another interview due to my availability during that time period. Was soon after offered another job with a different company and did not call back.
