Went to a career fair at my university and presented myself to the recruiters and handed out my resume. Was called three days later and told to complete the application. Then I was selected to do an on-campus interviews with two target members, a Store Team Leader but I don't remember the other.. After the first interview I was asked if I could stay for a second interview with the District Team Leader, which was a good sign. Got my job offer for the internship a couple days later.

It was a long process! They are really looking to hire a cultural fit. You go through a recruiter and then through ETLs and lastly, the DTL. Make sure you do your research on who these people are! It helps a lot to know. Try to get some leadership experience prior to the interview process. During the interview process, make sure you talk about the things that you did do in your past that shows you're a leader.
