Target Stores Executive interview questions

I heard about this position at a college career fair and met with a recruiter. I received a call later that day to schedule an interview that would take place on campus. After the on-campus interview, I was invited for a final interview. This interview took place at the district office. Both interviewers asked mostly situation based questions. The whole process took about two weeks to complete.
