Target Stores Executive interview questions

Target recruits on my university campus. I applied online and interviewed on campus. There were two people interviewing (more like one writing notes and the other asking questions). She asked me about four situational questions. Not too hard but I advise anyone to have prepared for questions like this beforehand. I made it through that step, was drug tested and had a back ground check. I then had an interview with the district manager. It was supposed to be in person but due to New England weather I had a 5 minute conversation with him on the phone instead (got lucky). My interview was mid October and was offered a job before Christmas. I was given a week or two to accept or decline.
