Target Stores Executive interview questions

I went to my school's career fair and signed up for an interview at the Target booth. I was unable to meet in person so a few days later I did a phone interview. It was pretty basic, why Target? Tell me about yourself? The usual questions with about 3 behavioral questions. I was offered another interview on the spot with the District Team Leader. Since I was unable to meet in person we did a Skype interview. About a week later I was offered the internship!

Went through 2 sets of interviews.... They use the star method which is (situation, task, action, results). They give you behavioral based questions to see how u handled difficult times in the past or how u would handle a problem in the future. Pretty easy questions just make sure you have examples ready to go and be able to talk through those 4 points they're looking for.
