They have a written test for the aptitude, followed by a technical test. That is followed by around a couple of technical interview and then if you qualify, they have a final HR kind of interview, where they study your interests and work attitude and your salary expectations etc

Initially there was an Aptitude test.. Based on their performance, people were chosen for the interview. There was a maximum 30 min interview where they asked both technical and HR questions. The results were announced by evening 6:00 pm.
