written test was conducted in our college , followed by personal interview

The college informed us about the recruitment drive about two weeks in advance. We were given practice material for the IQ Tests. The drive lasted two days. On the first day, we were made to appear for the online IQ test. This was simple enough and the pattern can be got from anywhere on the internet. Those that qualified were called for interviews the next day. The interview was fairly easy for me, with focus primarily on HR. A few technical and programming questions were also asked.
